Entry DEADLINE is July 8, or until field is full. Field will be limited to first 80 paid entries. Check must accompany entry – NO PHONE ENTRIES! All golfers must walk and are responsible for their bag. ENTRY FEE $35 PER PLAYER ---- Non- Refundable after 07/08/09. One Practice Round on July 8, 9, or 10 – Tee Time is Required!
